Our Coffee

  • Our beans are 100% Arabica and sourced from regions of the world that are known for their delicious coffee. We are locally owned and roast our coffee specifically focusing on developing rich and full-bodied flavors.

We full-heartedly believe that quality products are produced naturally and minimally altered before consumption. For this reason, we source organic green beans from different areas of the world. We are currently sourcing green coffee beans from: Mexico, Peru, Guatemala, Colombia, Ethiopia, Honduras and Sumatra.

  • We roast to order, meaning we roast your coffee when you submit your order. No earlier! This ensures you receive the freshest bag at your doorstep. We roast and ship Monday-Friday.

  • No, the descriptions on the bags are simply tasting notes, similar to a wine tasting note! The coffee you will receive is 100% natural with no added flavors.

  • We recommend storing coffee in a dark and airtight container at room temperature. Keep in mind, humidity is the greatest enemy of fresh coffee!

  • To each their own, but it is generally safe to keep to the coffee "golden ratio" - 2 Tbsp. (10.6 g) of ground coffee beans per 6 oz. of water

  • No, it is not USDA organic; however, it is organically grown. Thankfully, due to the size of our small family owned business, we can give special attention to the things that matter when it comes to coffee. What does this mean for you? We pride ourselves on sourcing from the most credible coffee farms to ensure you’ll receive a bag of beans that are clean and tasty. We only source green beans that are grown responsibly, without the use of chemical pesticides. Sustainably sourced, responsibly grown, carefully packaged, and delivered with care - this is our promise to you.
