Chubute Colombia Tolima - Sustainably sourced from the highlands of Colombia (1500–2200 meters above sea level), our Tolima Roast originates in the Cordillera de Calarma, a breathtaking mountain in the Andes. This region is renowned for its ideal microclimates and fertile land, perfect for cultivating exceptional coffee alongside other crops like sugarcane and cocoa. Coffee production is the lifeblood of the local community, supporting families and preserving their rich agricultural traditions.
Carefully crafted, this medium-body roast features a light to medium acidity and is made using naturally processed Colombian beans. Hand-harvested coffee cherries are depulped, fermented for 18–48 hours, sun-dried, and meticulously sorted to ensure premium quality. Savor the vibrant balance of flavors, including notes of dried apricot, cane sugar, strawberry, citrus zest, and raspberry.
These coffee beans are quite versatile. They are wonderful for drip coffee and espresso.
